Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• 1–3+ years in risk management or legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and omnibus law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Indonesian and English.
• Experience managing corporate secretarial matters (GMS, articles of association, OSS).
• Ability to perform legal research and provide opinions to mitigate risk.
