Job summary

PT Polyland Group Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Legal and Compliance Specialist to supervise regulatory adherence across the organization in Jakarta. You will review contracts, monitor updates, and help implement policies while coordinating with internal teams and external authorities.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Based in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate legal, or regulatory affairs roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, licensing, and legal documentation.
• Familiar with government regulations and compliance procedures in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal/compliance reporting documentation.
• Good command of both written and spoken English is preferred.
• Will be Placed at South Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates relevant to company operations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Review, draft, and manage legal documents, agreements, permits, licenses, and corporate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Handle compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify potential legal exposure.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government institutions, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Support corporate governance activities and maintain proper legal records and documentation.
• Provide legal and compliance guidance to management and employees.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and updates for management review.
