Job summary

BNI Life is seeking a Training & Development specialist in Makassar to design and deliver programs for the sales workforce, including onboarding and OJT. You will manage LMS activities and collaborate with regional leaders to boost productivity and retention.

This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in training or sales within insurance or banking, and a solid understanding of Learning & Development concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Min. 3 years as a Trainer or Sales professional in insurance or banking.
• Solid understanding of Learning & Development concepts and teaching methods.
• Experience in sales training, coaching, and competency development programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop Training & Development programs for sales staff.
• Deliver training as trainer, facilitator, and learning designer, including onboarding and OJT.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to improve competencies and performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Heads to address productivity and retention in the sales team.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities for learning processes.
• Coordinate and implement educational programs for frontliners and sales personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance training and business processes.
• Prepare regular reports on training implementation and outcomes.

• - Deliver training programs as a trainer, facilitator, and learning designer, including onboarding and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to improve participants competencies and performance.
• - Collaborate with Regional Business Heads to address productivity and retention challenges within the sales team.
• - Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities to ensure effective and accessible learning processes.
• - Coordinate and implement educational programs for BNI frontliners and sales personnel.
• - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and business processes.
• - Prepare regular reports related to training implementation and development outcomes.
