Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Division New Retail Manager for Palembang to lead regional sales, oversee operations, and train the regional team. You will drive store performance, ensure brand standards, and coordinate expansion with dealers and new retail platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in sales/retail with 5+ years in regional management, preferably in consumer electronics, and a bachelor’s degree with fluent English. Experience in store expansion and 3C industry is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales/retail experience, 5+ years of regional management experience
• Preference for consumer electronics industry
• Fluent in English; bachelor's degree or above
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets
• Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency
• Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline
• Collaborate with new retail platforms and dealers to promote business
• Plan the regional store system and support store openings to expand the footprint
