Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead partner stores in Indonesia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop sales plans, and drive targets with the partner team while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to VM standards.

You will coordinate with headquarters and partners to execute company strategies, manage merchandise flow, and train staff to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to engage in retail industry.
• Prior frontline retail experience preferred; familiarity with Xiaomi New Retail model is a plus.
• Over 2 years store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with partner store manager to complete all store operation and management work.
• Formulate store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain good communication with platform and headquarters to support strategy implementation.
• Monitor merchandise turnover and coordinate replenishment with partners to ensure VM standards.
• Supervise in-store customer service, handle complaints and ensure satisfactory service experience.
• Recruit and train store employees, ensure staffing and maintain service quality.
