Job summary

PT Karya Megah Gunungmas is seeking an experienced Sales Retail Manager to lead and grow our retail sales operations across the Jawa Timur region. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is preferred, with a professional and well-presented demeanor. Local domicile in Sidoarjo or nearby areas is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related industry.
• Professional and well-presented.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred.
• Domiciled in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
