Job summary

Evonik group is seeking a Regional Business Manager to oversee the Interface & Polyurethane Additives in Jakarta and the Southeast Asia region. The role involves business development, relationship management with customers and distributors, and sales strategy implementation.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree in a relevant field and 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within specialty additives. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Account Management.
• Experience in specialty additives industries preferred.
• Fluent in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage product & service offerings in assigned regions.
• Conduct business development activities and market surveys.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support initiatives and training.
