Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Regional Business Development professional for East Java with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing sector. The role focuses on leading regional market strategy, building key customer relationships, and driving sales across Asia Pacific markets.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, conduct market research, and prepare commercial proposals while monitoring regional targets and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Business English proficiency required.
• At least 10 years of experience in Business Development within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Own a car.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• CVs in English only will be processed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional chemical ink business and market strategy for designated Asia Pacific markets.
• Translate market intelligence into clear priorities and regional plans.
• Identify potential customers and market opportunities in packaging and printing.
• Build and maintain relationships with chemical manufacturers, packaging firms, and related partners.
• Manage regional accounts and implement strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, product presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Technical, Production, Marketing and Customer Service to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, customer development, and regional targets.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, pipeline, and opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of regional sales and development strategies.
