Job summary

PT DECA, a design and build company for structures, architecture and interiors, seeks an Area Sales Supervisor to lead Area Coordinators across Sumatra. You will drive sales execution, manage GT distribution, and ensure target achievement.

Travel will be frequent within the assigned area as you recruit, train, and motivate the sales team, monitor AR/SI/SO, and optimize product availability and distributor relations to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, preferably as an Area Sales Supervisor or similar role handling General Trade (GT) channels.
• Proven experience managing regional sales areas, preferably within the Kalimantan region.
• Strong understanding of GT distribution systems, including distributor management, sales coverage, and outlet execution.
• Hands-on experience in controlling AR, SI, SO, stock, and area distribution flow.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate sales teams, including Area Coordinators or field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the performance of Area Coordinators (Korwil) within the assigned Sumatra territory to ensure optimal execution of sales strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by driving effective sales execution, territory coverage, and team productivity.
• Control and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Sales In (SI), Sales Out (SO), stock levels, and distribution effectiveness across the assigned area.
• Ensure product availability and proper distribution flow in line with company standards and sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and continuously motivate the sales team under direct supervision to improve capability, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to strengthen team execution and market presence.
