Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in gadget or mobile retail.
• Proven experience leading retail teams and multi-store/area operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across stores.
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and P&L.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and service standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvements.
• Support store rotations and area coverage as needed.
