Job summary

Blibli OMG is seeking an Area Retail Supervisor to oversee store operations across the region, driving sales and ensuring top customer experience. You will guide store teams, strengthen market presence, and manage overall area performance from sales execution to profitability.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership in fast-paced gadget/mobile retail, with 4+ years in sales and experience rotating across stores.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in gadget or mobile phone retail.
Proven experience leading retail teams and managing multi-store or area-level operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.
Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).
Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
