Job summary

Pt Xlsmart Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Balikpapan seeks a Regional Promoter Performance Manager East Kalimantan. You will promote, develop target lists and contact potential customers through consultative sales approaches.

You will lead client engagements, demonstrate solutions, coordinate with overseas offices, and drive revenue growth while maintaining receivables and aligning with Health, Safety and Environment objectives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• 2 years: Energy Oil & Gas, EPC and Mining knowledge is a plus.
• 2 years: sales or marketing experience required; 2 years freight forwarding experience also noted.

Responsibilities

• Promote, develop target lists and initiate contact with potential customers through relationship-based outreach (sales calls, cold calling).
• Introduce company and services, build and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Demonstrate products/services and consult with clients to propose solutions.
• Understand client strategic vision and align products/services to meet objectives.
• Increase business with existing and new customers over time.
• Prepare clear, effective written proposals/quotations for clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Coordinate sales efforts with overseas offices, operations, customer service, and accounting.
• Provide business reviews and client presentations to maintain and grow accounts.
• Analyze market potential and value of current and potential clients.
• Monitor and resolve receivables to keep accounts current.
• Achieve profitable business aligned with company goals.
• Create and implement sales department quality objectives.
• Assist in maintaining Health, Safety and Environment objectives in daily activities.

**Description**

• Promoting, develop target list and initiate contact with potential customers through a relationship based approach such as sales phone calls and cold calling.
• Introduce the company and the company's services to potential customers and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing and potential customers and assisting them for solutions by means of consultative selling.
• Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services.
• Increases business with established and new customers over time.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and/or quotations for existing and/or potential clients.
• Manages resolutions of customer complaints or problems.
• Coordinates the sales effort internally with overseas offices, operations, customer service and accounting department.
• Continually maintaining and developing the business and provide Business Review presentations to clients.
• Analyzes market potential and determine value of existing and potential client value to the organization.
• Controls, Monitors and Resolves Account Receivables of clients on timely basis and ensure it is kept current.
• Achieves and maintain profitable business consistent with the company's goals.
• Create and implement the Quality objectives for Sales Department.
• Help maintain implementation on Health, Safety and Environment objectives on daily business.
