Qualifications

• Global optima problem solving with clear hypotheses and forward thinking.
• At least 12 years in strategy, operations excellence, or program management.
• 7+ years direct people management and building organisational structures.
• Ability to connect decisions and programs across teams.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience designing programs leveraging AI/automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and anchor problems with data-supported hypotheses.
