Grab is seeking a senior Strategy Leader to drive the intersection of strategy planning, program execution and innovation from its Jakarta hub. You will connect decisions, programs and priorities across multiple teams while engaging on critical topics.
Reporting to the Head of Loyalty & PMTO, you will master depth and breadth, shaping transformation programs that unlock AI-enabled workflows and empower product, operations and partner teams to achieve the global optima.
Qualifikationen
- Define problems with hypotheses anchored in data and insights.
- Demonstrate strategic leadership with a track record of impact.
- Experience building and guiding organizational design and coaching.
- Ability to connect decisions, programs and priorities across teams.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

- Define and Anchor Problems: articulate problems with data-backed hypotheses.
- Drive Prioritization: decide top priorities and allocate teams.
- Establish Leadership & Integration: assign leads and coordinate across functions.
- Team Leadership & Organisational Design: design structures and rhythms.
- Coaching & Culture: mentor people managers and foster healthy culture.
