Job summary

DOKU, PT NUSA SATU INTI ARTHA in Bali seeks a proactive Business Development professional to supervise and grow merchant opportunities, onboard partners smoothly, and strengthen relationships to boost revenue and TPV targets.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Commercial, and Tech teams to implement Go-To-Market strategies, address merchant needs, and drive merchant activation and retention across existing and new partners in the region.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets.
• Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners.
• Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and banks.
• Gather and act on merchant feedback to improve products and services.
• Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that better address their needs.
• Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams) to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
