Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is expanding its sales team in Pontianak. We are seeking a results-driven professional to acquire new merchants, offer promo packages, and promote product introductions to partners.

The ideal candidate has at least a degree, 1 year in sales or merchant development, strong Excel skills, and excellent negotiation and networking abilities. Base salary is provided with growth opportunities in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably merchant partner acquisition.
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Agile toward changes and a fast learner.
• Based in the same city and able to join ASAP.
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants to join.
• Offer promo packages.
• Increase new product adoption among merchants.
• Maintain merchants' productivity shortly after joining.
