Job summary

PT Dayasakti Usahamandiri in Indonesia seeks a Marketing Manager / SPV Marketing / Marketing Staff to develop and expand sales networks. You will acquire new customers including building material stores, distributors, furniture manufacturers, contractors, and industrial clients, while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, market analysis, and the ability to travel across assigned areas to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing of building materials or related materials (MDF, plywood, OSB, furniture materials)
• Existing customer network among building material stores, distributors, furniture manufacturers, contractors, or industrial customers is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills
• Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to visit customers and travel for business as required by the area

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and customer networks within the assigned area
• Acquire and develop new customers including building material stores, distributors, furniture manufacturers, contractors, and industrial customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales opportunities
• Achieve sales targets based on the assigned area and position
• Prepare sales and marketing activity reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support distribution
• For Manager/Supervisor level: Lead, manage, and develop the marketing/sales team
