Job summary

PT Karya Megah Gunungmas is seeking an experienced Sales Retail Manager to lead and expand our retail sales operations across the Jabodetabek area.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in sales, preferably in building materials, with a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the building materials or construction-related industry.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly preferred.
• Domiciled in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Highly target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
