PT Amerta Indah Otsuka seeks a proactive professional to coordinate regional manufacturing operations and support technical development, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role consolidates and analyzes operational data, prepares management reports, and aligns with regional direction.

You will coordinate with RHQ, ASEAN Production Department, suppliers, and local affiliates, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up of issues across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or manufacturing discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, in a Japanese manufacturing environment (FMCG/pharma/chemical).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and preparing operational or management reports.
• Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• JLPT N3 proficiency required; N2 preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate manufacturing operations and regional initiatives across production, supply chain, technical, quality, and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate and analyze performance data (productivity, efficiency, quality, yield) and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Track projects, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; provide status updates and escalation when needed.
• Facilitate problem solving and coordinate CAPA with relevant functions; support QMS and GMP/ISO standards.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations; translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate meetings and cross-functional discussions; support budgeting, outsourcing, and vendor coordination.
