Swiss-Belhotel International is seeking a Regional Manager – Hotel Operations Finance & Analytics to lead analytical support across a portfolio of SBI hotels, evaluating monthly results and reviewing plans and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities that boost GOP from 2-star to 5-star properties.

Collaboration with General Managers, Regional Operations Managers and hotel financial controllers will translate data into actionable insights, ensuring USALI alignment and driving margin

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Financial Management, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• CHAE, CMA, or CPA credentials are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years in Hotel FP&A or related areas with direct hospitality background.
• Solid USALI knowledge and hotel metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Familiarity with hotel Enterprise Systems and PMS/ERP software.
• Fully bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Regional Manager – Hotel Operations Finance & Analytics

Job Description

Working under the Operations Division, this role provides dedicated analytical support to evaluate monthly property business results, review annual hotel business plans and operating budgets, and identify operational profit optimization opportunities across a portfolio of SBI operating hotels ranging from 2-star to 5-star properties.

Collaborating closely with General Managers, Regional Operations Managers, Hotel Financial Controllers, and in alignment with the Regional Finance Department, the analyst translates property-level financial and operational data into actionable solutions. The primary goal is to address cost leakages, improve departmental margins, ensure USALI alignment, and support Regional Operations in driving Gross Operating Profit (GOP) growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Financial Management, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE), CMA, or CPA credentials are a strong plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Hotel FP&A, Hotel Management Accounting, Cluster Finance, or Operational Finance Analysis. Candidate MUST have direct hotel/hospitality industry background.
• Solid working knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI) and key hotel operational metrics
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, dynamic pivot tables, scenario analysis) and Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with hotel Enterprise Systems and PMS/ERP software.
• Fully bilingual with professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
