Abbott in Surabaya is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead regional sales, drive market share and profit objectives through internal teams and third-party agents. The role focuses on delivering customer, consumer and shopper value at the point of purchase.

You will leverage analytics, CRM data and cross-functional collaboration to grow business across the region, coach Supervisors, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding digital engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant industry with leadership experience.
• Enterprise thinking and regional management experience.
• Strong business insight, integrating digital tools with traditional channels.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management.

• Achieve regional sales target, market share, and profit objectives through own people and 3rd party agents.
• Leverage analytics to identify growth potential and establish Abbott as the brand of choice in the region.
• Track progress against KPIs using CRM data; coach Supervisors to support sales team and distributor network.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and regional plans.
• Develop and implement an integrated digital/engagement strategy.
• Develop digital knowledge in Supervisors through coaching.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory alignment.
