Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Palembang is seeking a driven Project Coordinator to support implementation and coordination of regional programs. You will work with field teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of activities, track plans and budgets, and help organize regional workshops and stakeholder meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year in project management, a motorcycle license, and willingness to travel within the region.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional or multi-site context.
• Holds a motorcycle license (SIM C) and is able to ride a motorbike.
• Experience working with NGOs, government, or international organizations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Able to ride a motorcycle, possess a valid Class C driving license (SIM C), and own a motorcycle.
