The role requires monitoring and reporting responsibilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel within the region as needed. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, with NGO/public sector experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience with NGOs, government, or international organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Monitor project performance and contribute to progress reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local government and community stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure documentation of activities.
