Global Expat Recruiting is seeking a senior hospitality commercial leader to drive sales, distribution and revenue across Indonesia’s hospitality portfolio from the Jakarta head office, with travel to trade shows and properties.

This role reports to the Regional General Manager and requires 8+ years in international hotel groups, multi-property oversight, strong budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder negotiation skills, plus fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master in hospitality management or related field.
• 8+ years in leadership in Sales, Distribution or Commercial in hospitality.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties at corporate/regional level.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial strategy for the hospitality portfolio in Indonesia.
• Drive sales, distribution and revenue performance across properties.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and business planning responsibilities.
• Travel for trade shows and property visits; based at Jakarta Head Office; report to Regional GM.

Our client is a well established international chain group. The group currently manages 50+ properties in Indonesia and continues to expand.

This role will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving sales, distribution, and revenue performance across the company's hospitality portfolio in Indonesia.

This role will be based in the Head Office in Jakarta and will require travel to attend trade-shows and for property visits.

This role will be reporting directly to the Regional General Manager.

For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in hospitality management or related field
• Extensive experience in international chain hotels
• Previous experience at Corporate/Regional/Complex/Cluster level, overseeing multiple properties is a must
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Distribution, or Commercial functions within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in driving commercial growth and market share
• Strong understanding of Sales, Distribution, and Revenue Management strategies
• Experience leading high performing commercial teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and grow key accounts
• Strong leadership with a collaborative management style
• Commercially driven and results oriented
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
