Job summary

Aninver Development Partners SL is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee a transport, engineering, and finance consultancy in Indonesia, funded by the ASEAN Secretariat.

The successful candidate will lead proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and the design of flagship initiatives aimed at regional integration and inclusive development across Southeast Asia, with a focus on gender and inclusion considerations.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in a field relevant to this project.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience leading regional integration or development programming.
• Proven experience leading complex proposal development processes.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical, administrative, and strategic leadership for the duration of the assignment.
• Lead complex proposal development processes and oversee drafting of core deliverables and reports.
• Manage relationships and coordinate with ASEAN Secretariat, regional bodies, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate high-level workshops and focus group discussions with regional experts.
• Ensure integration of gender equality, disability, and social inclusion throughout the project lifecycle.
