Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15+ years in Project Logistics, Heavy Lift, or Breakbulk forwarding with senior leadership experience.
Strong local and regional vendor network in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the P&L for Project Logistics in Indonesia.
Lead commercial and operational strategy for Project Logistics (breakbulk, heavy lift, out-of-gauge).
Leverage network to secure high-value project cargo contracts.
Architect end-to-end operational solutions and onboard vendors.
Direct pricing, bidding and tender management for large-scale projects.
Develop SOPs, safety compliance and risk management.
Escalation point and project sponsor for major accounts.
Align Indonesia strategy with SEA and APAC objectives.
