Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks an experienced Assistant Director/Director to lead infrastructure and capital projects engagements in Southeast Asia. You will manage client relations, drive delivery, and develop business opportunities in energy and infrastructure sectors.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee workstreams, and contribute to strategic growth in the SEA region while upholding A&M's values of integrity and quality. This role demands strong leadership and client-facing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, business, or a related field, MBA preferred.
• Proven track record and 10+ years of experience in capital strategy, capital delivery and asset optimization.
• Extensive understanding of the energy and infrastructure market in SEA region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead energy and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in energy and infrastructure.
• Lead execution of project workstreams including scope, deadlines and budget considerations.
• Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client base.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships across engagements.
