Job summary

Acclime, headquartered in Jakarta, seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer for its regional Technology team. You will design, implement, and operate enterprise security across cloud and on‑prem environments, collaborating with teams across Asia Pacific to enable secure digital transformation and resilient operations.

The role emphasizes monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, DevSecOps, and governance across multinational contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of international experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Operations.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies including Endpoint Security, Firewall Administration, ZTNA/SASE, WAF, DLP, SIEM, Cloud Security, and IAM.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily security operations and respond to emerging cyber threats.
Configure, manage, and optimize enterprise security technologies including Endpoint Security, Firewalls, ZTNA/SASE, WAF, DLP, Cloud Security, and AI Security controls.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and coordinate penetration testing activities.
Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents while driving continuous improvements to detection and response capabilities.
Support the implementation of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Promote security awareness and cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement consistent security controls and support Acclime's Cybersecurity Strategy.
Demonstrated experience in secure software development, secure coding, and DevSecOps environments.
Strong understanding of AI-related security risks, including data leakage, prompt injection, model poisoning, unauthorized access, and AI governance requirements.
