Job summary

TP is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to maintain and enhance APAC network infrastructure in Indonesia and across the region. You will manage routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewall services, and cloud connectivity while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer, and support APAC network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points/controllers, SD-WAN appliances, firewalls, and related network services.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise routing and switching technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, static and dynamic routing, NAT, DHCP, VPN, and IPSec.
• Manage and support VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN environments, including Edge deployment, link configuration, policy management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and failover validation.
• Design, implement, and support new site deployments, network migrations, expansions, and infrastructure refresh activities covering LAN, WAN, Internet, wireless, firewall, and SD-WAN.
• Support firewall administration and troubleshooting, including Cisco Secure Firewall/Firepower managed through Cisco FMC and Fortinet FortiGate.
• Monitor network availability, performance, bandwidth utilisation, latency, packet loss, and device health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
• Perform L2/L3 network troubleshooting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and escalation to relevant teams or service providers.
• Support AWS and Azure cloud networking and hybrid connectivity, including VPC/VNet, routing, VPN, and cloud-to-on-premises connectivity.
• Participate in network security reviews, quarterly IT audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
• Execute approved network changes, firmware upgrades, configuration backups, recovery procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing records, device inventories, circuit documentation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with DCO, Systems, Security, Cloud, site IT teams, ISPs, and technology vendors to ensure reliable and secure APAC connectivity.
• Participate in capacity planning, technology evaluations, and continuous infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Provide after-hours support when required for critical incidents, major outages, planned maintenance, and network migrations.
