Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple centers across Jakarta and surrounding areas, guiding Center Leaders and teams to achieve enrollment and sales targets. Strong leadership and coaching skills are required to drive performance.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, implement improvement strategies, and ensure SOPs, safety, and service quality. Regular travel to centers will support coaching and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales-driven operations or similar leadership roles.
• Experience managing multiple branches/outlets and large teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate center teams to hit enrollment and sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze business data to drive strategy.
• Oversee daily operations across centers, ensuring SOPs, safety, and service quality.
• Conduct regular center visits and support staffing and growth initiatives.
