• Strong experience in strategic regional marketing within specialty chemicals, ingredients or related Industrial manufacturing markets.
• Proven capability in pricing, product portfolio management and market segmentation.
• Experience using market intelligence, competitor analysis and business insights to support decision-making.
• The ability to work across multiple countries and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and communication skills.
• A relevant degree in business, marketing, chemistry or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
