IKEA seeks an experienced leader to head IKEA for Business in Thailand. You will guide the IB organization, drive marketing, sales, support, and fulfilment, and ensure high standards of service and ethics in all customer interactions.

You will oversee store-counter operations and multi-channel fulfilment, aligning with sustainability goals and the IKEA concept. You will lead negotiations with large customers, ensure targets are met, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and leadership

• Service orientation and multi-functional leadership experience are required.
• Strong ability to convey IKEA Culture and Values.
• Solid understanding of IKEA concept and sustainability agenda.
• Proven record of negotiating with large customers and senior management levels.

• Lead, train, and develop the IKEA for Business organization in Thailand and drive marketing, sales, support, and fulfilment activities to meet budgets and targets.

• Lead negotiations with larger customers and support the sales team in engagement with these customers.
