JAPFA is seeking a Marketing and Sales professional for the Central Java and North West Java regions. You will drive day-to-day marketing activities, support campaigns, and work with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills, with willingness to travel extensively within Java. Knowledge of aquaculture practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required degree: Diploma or Bachelor in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or Biology.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Experience in shrimp hatchery, aquaculture, or sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute day-to-day marketing and sales activities for assigned products or territories.
• Support campaign execution, promotions, and sales programs.
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor basic sales performance, market feedback, and customer issues.
• Maintain sales data, reports, and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and sales policies.
