Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Marketing and Sales professional for the Central Java and North West Java regions. You will drive day-to-day marketing activities, support campaigns, and work with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills, with willingness to travel extensively within Java. Knowledge of aquaculture practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required degree: Diploma or Bachelor in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or Biology.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Experience in shrimp hatchery, aquaculture, or sales is a plus.

Qualifications : Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, or a related field. Experience in shrimp hatchery, aquaculture, technical service, or sales is an advantage. Good understanding of shrimp hatchery operations and aquaculture practices. Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills. Willing to travel extensively and be assigned to the Central Java and North West Java area.

• Menjalankan aktivitas pemasaran dan penjualan harian untuk produk atau wilayah yang ditugaskan.
• Mendukung pelaksanaan kampanye, promosi, dan program penjualan.

Kualifikasi: Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) Perikanan, Akuakultur, Biologi, atau bidang terkait. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang hatchery udang, akuakultur, technical service, atau penjualan menjadi nilai tambah. Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang operasional hatchery udang dan praktik budidaya akuakultur. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas secara intensif dan ditempatkan di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat Bagian Utara.
