Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Pasuruan, Indonesia, to drive regional growth within the Sales & Marketing team. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a comparable environment.
• Good knowledge of the packaging industry.
• Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service.
• Strong sense of prioritization with the ability to quickly move from one task to another.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Key Account management experience.
• The ability and experience to work with and manage people, along with leadership skills.
• The ability to frequently travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Account strategy and business development: develop / implement Global Value Proposition and regional plans.
• Identify and plan initiatives within GVP and regional plans, cascade to local level.
• Manage customer contracts and support regional account plan activities.
• Identify commercial opportunities and manage pipeline of opportunities with commercial teams.
• Establish KPIs and monitor SLA compliance across plants and affiliates.
• Coordinate budget forecasts and consolidate performance reports for the account.
• Lead regional projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
