Job summary

Novonesis is seeking an Account Manager, Grain Processing and Bioenergy, SEA, to collaborate with customers across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. You will help improve process performance, boost productivity, and reduce environmental impact through innovative biological solutions for starch sweetener, bioenergy, and sugar industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science, engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
Proven experience managing customer relationships and negotiations.
Experience working with regional and global stakeholder groups.
Professional English plus Vietnamese or Indonesian.

Responsibilities

Drive customer engagement and build long-term partnerships across SEA.
Develop compelling value propositions with technical and marketing teams.
Manage opportunity pipeline, monitor market trends, and identify new business.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, and account planning.
Coordinate joint business plans with distributors and cross-functional teams.
