Job summary

Novonesis is seeking an Account Manager, Grain Processing and Bioenergy, SEA, to drive growth and build long-term partnerships across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. You will collaborate with technical service, marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams to deliver value-driven solutions that meet customer needs in the starch sweetener, bioenergy, and sugar industries.

The role requires a commercially focused mindset with regional responsibilities and frequent cross-border

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or related roles.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and develop long-term partnerships with customers in the starch sweetener, bioenergy, and sugar industries across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions in partnership with technical and marketing colleagues.
• Build and manage a structured opportunity pipeline, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract management, and account planning activities.
• Execute joint business plans with distributors and collaborate with cross-functional regional and global stakeholders to deliver business results.
