The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Makassar invites applications for an internship in the Refugee Care Unit. The intern will support day-to-day programme activities, help organize events, co-facilitate non-clinical counselling sessions, and participate in case management under supervision.

They will maintain documentation, assist with data collection for mental health initiatives, and support protection-related activities, AVRR procedures, and feedback mechanisms.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in final year of a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate within one year.
• An accredited academic institution is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing events for Refugee Care Unit activities.
• Co-facilitate non-clinical counselling sessions under supervision.
• Participate in case management processes and maintain documentation.
• Support data collection for mental health initiatives and protection-related activities.
• Assist with Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) and AVRR procedures.
• Collaborate with education team on school visits and parent meetings to improve student learning outcomes.
