Job description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Recruitment Support Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment operations. You will support the talent acquisition team by coordinating candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication, and managing onboarding administration to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

Support recruitment process: Assessment, pre screen call and Adhoc project

Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across different time zones. Coordinate calendar availability between candidates and hiring managers.

Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries, maintaining clear communication and providing regular status updates throughout the hiring funnel.

Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) continuously updated with accurate candidate profiles, notes, and pipeline statuses.

Collect pre-employment documents, run background checks, and coordinate with HR Ops to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
