Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at a staffing agency.
• Experience handling full cycle of recruitment processes.
• Familiar with psychological tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a plus.

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online forums and social media.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
