Job summary

PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk in Jakarta East is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to receive, check, and issue spare parts, log items into the system, and allocate parts by part number and location.

The role involves picking, packing for delivery, daily stock sampling of at least 100 items, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse. Fresh graduates are welcome; forklift and rigger certification holders will be prioritized; English communication and basic computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• D3 degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
• Fluent English and computer literacy.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Forklift and Rigger certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and issue spare parts based on documents; input parts into system and locate by part number and location.
• Prepare and collect parts per picking list; check and pack according to approval documents for delivery.
• Perform daily stock sampling, minimum of 100 items.
• Maintain spare parts and warehouse in safe, clean, and healthy condition.
• Carry out other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Job description

• To conduct checks, receive, and issue spare parts based on documents. Input spare parts into our system and allocate parts by part number and location.
• To conduct and collect parts as a picking list document. Check and pack the parts per the approval document for delivery to the customer.
• To conduct regular daily sampling of stock, taking a minimum of 100 items.
• To maintain spare parts and the warehouse in a good, safe, clean, and healthy condition.
• To conduct other jobs related to warehouse work based on assignment.
• D3 degree majoring in Mechanical/Electrical/Heavy Equipment Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
• Mature, detail-oriented, initiative, meticulous, patient, and energetic.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Certified holder (SIO forklift & Rigger) will be prioritized.
• Ready to work under pressure.
