Job summary

MVP Group is seeking a Recruitment Manager for its lifestyle businesses in Jakarta. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across operations, hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment, from staff to top executives, building a strong talent network and partnering with senior leadership to deliver qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, headhunting, and executive search with minimal external agency reliance, plus managing offers, onboarding, and alignment with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment experience; exposure to headhunting firms, executive search, or recruitment consultancies is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently deliver in-house sourcing, headhunting, and executive search from staff level through General Manager and top executive roles.
• Strong professional network and demonstrated ability to attract high-caliber active and passive candidates without depending on external agencies.
• Lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, entertainment, or sports and recreation recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, communication, market-mapping, and stakeholder-management skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
