Job summary

Multivision Group, Indonesia’s leading production house, seeks an experienced accounts receivable professional to manage invoicing and receivables. You will issue invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely dispatch while coordinating with internal teams on cash advances and documentation.

With at least 5 years in financial analysis and accounting, you will support monthly closings, maintain strict controls, and help ensure journal entries are correct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
• High administrative and accuracy skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation (PPh, VAT).
• Good communication, especially when following up on invoices.
• Proficiency in financial software (Accurate, Excel, ERP systems, e-invoicing).
• Disciplined and accustomed to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices based on Purchase Orders or contracts.
• Ensure all invoice information is accurate.
• Send invoices to customers on time.
• Monitor outstanding invoices (receivables).
• Reconcile internal reports with customer payments.
• Assist in monthly closing for accounts receivable.
• Receive and verify accountability documents for cash advances.
• Verify supporting documents per SOPs.
• Compare disbursed advances with actual spending.
• Communicate with advance owners to resolve unclear documents.
• Support audit processes with necessary documents and explanations.
• Ensure accounting journal entries are recorded correctly.

Job description

Prepare and issue invoices/bills based on Purchase Orders (PO) or contracts.

Ensure all invoice information is accurate.

Send invoices to customers on time.

Monitor outstanding invoices (receivables).

Reconcile internal reports with actual customer payments.

Assist in the monthly closing process for accounts receivable.

Receive accountability documents from internal regarding the use of cash advance.

Verify the completeness and validity of supporting documents according to company SOPs.

Compare the amount of money disbursed (advance) with the actual amount spent.

Communicate with the advance owner (user) if there are unclear documents or overspending.

Support the audit process by providing necessary documents and explanations.

Ensure accounting journal entries are recorded correctly.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.

High administrative and accuracy skills

Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation (PPh, VAT)
