Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Review resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job specs and required skills.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers; prepare interview questions and candidate profiles.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company website.
Participate in candidate interviews and take notes for follow-up discussions.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track progress; assist with HR administrative tasks.
Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth new-hire transitions.
