Segari in Indonesia is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts across the company. You will assist in collecting position requirements, posting job descriptions, and maintaining candidate data while gaining exposure to screening and analytics.

The role offers hybrid work at Segari's offices in Jakarta and surrounding areas, with closely mentored training and practical experience in mass hiring projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Jobstreet Express, Facebook job postings).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process including requirement gathering, posting, screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management and onboarding for mass hiring PKHL.
• Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the database.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
