Monee is seeking an FP&A professional in Jakarta to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for our fast-paced e-commerce operations. This role partners with business teams to drive value and optimize resources across Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, and proficient English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 3+ years work experience in e-commerce or fintech is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overall business forecast, including targets, budget, and headcount planning.
• Manage end-to-end budgeting to align with business direction and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement FP&A process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Analyze overall business performance and financial results with insights for senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand financial needs and provide insights.

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

• Conduct overall business forecast (business target, budget planning, headcount planning)
• Manage end to end budgeting process, ensuring the budget aligns to the business direction and stakeholder’s needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Business Performance, Budget Monitoring and Analysis:

• Analyze overall business performance and financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.

Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the team to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units to make informed financial decisions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support.

Strategic Support:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable
• Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
