Job summary

MyRobin.ID is seeking a Recruiter Intern to support the Recruiter team through the end-to-end recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in all stages from posting jobs to screening and shortlisting candidates.

The role involves coordinating interviews, sourcing talent via portals and LinkedIn, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in client meetings to better understand hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
