Job summary

PT RAHARJA LESTARI NUSANTARA in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a diligent Reconciliation Analyst to align internal data with partner datasets and verify settlements with banks. You will prepare daily and monthly reports and collaborate with teams on reconciliation-related projects.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience or is a fresh graduate with strong technical skills. Proficiency in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in reconciliation or a similar role or fresh graduates with strong technical skills welcomed.
• Experience in payment gateway/Fintech is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation between Company data and Partner data.
• Check settlements from Partner and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Follow up on transaction disputes and reconciliation issues with relevant teams.
• Analyze data and implement solutions based on reconciliation findings.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding projects or products involving reconciliation.

About you

Minimum working experience 1 Years/Fresh grad with strong technical also welcome

Experience in the payment gateway / Fintech sector is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (mastery of basic formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is mandatory)
