Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or similar roles.
• Experience in handling transactions, reconciliations, or supervisory tasks.
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Sheets, SQL).
• Familiarity with Metabase, Jira, Trello or similar workflow tools.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
• Leadership, mentoring and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end operational tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of processes.
• Handle complex reconciliation and exception cases.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, including root cause analysis.
• Monitor SLA performance and queue health.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues.
