Job summary

CFX is seeking a finance operations professional to support daily finance tasks, including data entry, processing transactions, and reconciliations.

You will assist AP/AR activities, prepare financial documents, and help with monthly closings and internal reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, with a contract-based employment arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in finance, accounting, or finance operations.
• Solid understanding of AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Experience with financial data processing and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a contract-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.) is a plus.
